How to Delete Your Account and Data
Account Deletion
Users of RescueReady EMS can request account deletion by emailing hello@rescuereadyems.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”, including the email address associated with their account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their personal data (including quiz progress, badges, and account information) using the same process above, even if they wish to keep using the app without an account.
What Gets Deleted
Upon request, we permanently delete: account information (name, email), study progress, quiz history, and earned badges. Billing records may be retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
Timeframe
Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
